WHAT TO LOOK 4:    

Cleveland Metroparks Deer Management Program

From 12 noon to as late as Midnight between January 10th and March 10, 2012, the main body of Bedford Reservation will be closed to the public due to a deer herd reduction planned for the reservation. The Bedford Heights Police Department has been notified and the reservation will be posted/signed and closed completely during the management program.  All residents who own property adjacent to Cleveland Metroparks property will be sent a letter informing them of the culling program.  As in past years, venison will be donated to a local food bank.

 
City Hall Community Room - 5661 Perkins Rd (City Hall)

Take a minute to contact City Hall (440-786-3214 or 15) to see if we have a date available for your Special Event or Activity. Room rental is exclusive to Bedford Heights, Bedford, Oakwood and Walton Hills residents and businesses only. The room seats 100 and is appointed with a commercial kitchen, bar area with ice machine, beverage chiller and a stage area with sound system.  Fees are as follows: $100 (refundable) security deposit holds your date for you; $75.00/hour for Bedford Heights residents ($90.00/hour for Bedford, Oakwood, Walton Hills residents); If alcohol is being served or if you have more than 75 guests, security will be required at a cost of $25.00/hour ($30/hour for Bedford Oakwood and Walton Hills residents).  All fees must be paid 30 days prior to your event or you could lose the room and your deposit.

City Hall Room Rental transactions (bookings, showings, payments) will ONLY be administered on Fridays between the hours of Noon and 5pm
